WHY SERBIA?
- For the last 15 years we have been working in Serbia and have always been satisfied with the quality of workmanship and finished products we were getting. Serbia has a great tradition in shoewear industry and is well known for its results. Because of the above stated reasons and geographic closeness to Italy, we decided that Serbia is the right choice. We did not make a mistake.
SERBIA-EXPERIENCE
- Italian Falc company which acquired Leda from Knjazevac and Fruska Gora from Ruma three years ago and employees directly 1500 workers in Serbia only, now exports one million pairs of shoes produced in these two Serbian factories on the EU and US markets. After the privatization of two footwear producers, Falc invested more than €2 million into modernization of the production. Falc's management has recently opted for another investment in Serbia and acquired Zrenjanin-based Kozara and thus wound up its technological chain.
FUTURE PLANS
- Throughout these years we have made a thorough analysis and the statistical data are telling us that we should keep investing in Serbia.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- We have a great experience in Serbia and our message to the future investors is to go ahead with their investment without prejudice. Certainly, they will be pleasantly surprised with results.
