Serbia - The Real Opportunity

 

For the fourth time Serbia will present its investment opportunities and selected projects at one of the largest investment and real estate fair in Europe- Expo Real2010,starting from the 4-6 October 2010 in Munich, with a joint participation of Serbian companies, regions and cities, organized by the Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency.

 

At the Serbian National Pavilion (Hall B, stand no. 314), fair visitors will be able to meet local authority representatives from the City of Novi Sad, City of Subotica, City of Kragujevac, City of Nis, Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency, Vojvodina Investment Promotion, Regional Development Agency of Eastern Serbia and National Corporation for Tourism Development, while the private sector will be represented by Zepter Real Estate, PSP Farman and Silver Lake Investment.

 

Prospective iinvestors will have a unique opportunity to directly discuss Serbian investment potentials with the Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia Mr. Mladjan Dinkic and Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning of Serbia Mr. Oliver Dulic at the investment conference scheduled for the 5th of October, from 10-11.30 am at Hall B2, Conference room B21 (South end, 1st floor). Mr. Bozidar Laganin, Director of SIEPA, Mr. Srdjan Vujicic, Director of King Sturge Belgrade and Mr. Robert Schwizer, CEO of Merill Lynch/MPC will also present new prospects of the Serbian real estate sector. Immediately following the conference, an informal cocktail reception will be held at the Serbian National Pavilion.
