Transparent Legislations
To build a stable legal framework for doing business, the Serbian Parliament has enacted an extensive set of FDI-related laws since 2001. The main principles of the on-going legal reform include harmonization with EU legislation and security for investors. The country's legislative activities have received wide international recognition, particularly through the EU Feasibility Report and the World Bank Doing Business guide.
